In the April 13 edition of The Hollywood Reporter the article How film and television are saving millions by shooting in the Sunshine State, the magazine went into detail how Florida is once again ranked in the top 3 places to shoot in the U.S.
Citing the numerous scripted cable TV programs ranging from The Glades to Burn Notice to Magic City and major feature film movies like The Rock of Ages and Michael Bay’s latest movie, Pain and Gain, The Hollywood Reporter goes into detail why Florida, and much of South Florida, is once again becoming the hot bed for feature film and tv production. Mentioning the great locations, experienced crews and Florida’s 20% tax credit and other incentives, big productions are once again rushing to shoot in Florida.
